OUTER SPACE – AUG 2011 – More alarming news from NASA this week. The black hole at the center of the Draco Constellation previously thought to be dormant, just woke up very hungry. Hungry enough to eat an entire star the size of our sun over a period of two and half months.
“Here you have a black hole, sitting quiescently, not gobbling up matter, and all of a sudden something sets it off,” says Dr. Joshua Bloom of University of California Berkeley. “This could happen in our own galaxy.”
Worse yet, after spending a whole summer eating an entire star, according to some scientists, the black hole is now pointing its black maw at earth.
“The spinning black hole then created two jets, one of which pointed straight to Earth,” writes Dr Andrew Levan, from the University of Warwick.
“Black holes can tear apart any passers-by,” warns NASA. Survivors are being urged to “back away very fast,” if they see a black hole coming.
